Position Summary
Shift Leaders are the spark that keeps the restaurant buzzing. You’ll set the pace, energize the team, and make sure every shift runs like clockwork.
Key Responsibilities
· Shift Leadership
· - Supervise team members during assigned shifts.
· - Coach staff in real-time and lead by example.
· - Ensure speed of service, accuracy, and cleanliness.
· Guest Service
· - Resolve issues quickly and maintain guest satisfaction.
· - Deliver energy and positivity during every shift.
· Administrative
· - Handle cash management and shift reporting.
· - Support GM and Assistant Manager in achieving performance goals.
Qualifications
· 6+ months of restaurant experience required.
· Leadership experience preferred.
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
