Position Summary 
As a BOH Team Member, you’ll handle prep, cooking, and cleanliness, making sure every order meets Ghost Chicken’s high standards. 


Key Responsibilities 
·        Kitchen Operations 
·          - Execute recipes and food prep with accuracy. 
·          - Operate fryers and equipment safely. 
·          - Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchenware. 
·        Cleanliness & Organization 
·          - Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization. 
·          - Follow safety and food handling procedures. 


Qualifications 
·        Kitchen or QSR experience preferred, but not required. 
·        Fast-moving, detail-oriented, and team-focused. 
·        Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for long shifts.
